Allow DebuggerVisualizer to be shown from BugAid inspector window

Apparently due to technical limitations, you can't show a debugger visualizer from BugAid. This is a downer, obviously. The workaround guidance displayed is ok, but the best would be to overcome this limitation, and the 2nd best would be to automatically add the expression to the Watch window and invoke the debugger visualizer from there.

OzCode 0.9.3223.6114 now allows you to launch debug visualizers directly, so the aforementioned workaround is no longer needed.

Thank you very much for your feedback. Unfortunately, we cannot directly solve this issue as it stems from an inherent limitation of Visual Studio. If you'd like to help, please upvote our request for Microsoft to fix this on MS Connect.

Barring any co-operation from Microsoft, we intend to try and implement the 2nd solution you suggested (after the release of BugAid 1.0). We do realize that the current situation is not great and we thank you for your understanding.

I voted forthwith. I understand these annoying limitations, so I'd be content with the workaround, if MS doesn't play well with others here.
