Fixed in BugAid's latest version.
Under review
There is currently an issue in using BugAid in Silverlight projects, even if they are in C#. This effects Silverlight projects only - WPF projects work correctly.

Note: You may still use BugAid even if you have Silverlight projects - Its functionality will be merely disabled in these projects.

Started
In the latest BugAid version (0.5.1620.7215) it is now possible to debug Silverlight projects in "Standard mode". "Full mode" support is coming soon.
Started
Silverlight Support in Standard Mode was already added, and Full Mode will be added in the next update of BugAid. We have finished implementing it and are currently in the last stages of testing it. If you'd like, you can download this Early Access Build and try it out right now! If you decide to try the early access build, please be sure to let us know how it went, whether your experience was good or bad!
